Our Winch & Hoist Technicians are current with HUET, GULF SAFE, TWIC and a Member Contractor of ISNET World.

RAM’s experienced Service Technicians are fully qualified for National and International Safety Standards to be able to reach remote destinations and offshore locations….so whether you send in your equipment or we come to you………RAM’s Service Department can take care of your hoist and winch maintenance and repair needs.

Mobilization & Demobilization Terms

Passport and Visa timing requirements vary by location. Adequate timing is required in obtaining the appropriate documentation. Given minimum requirements are met Mobilization will occur within 48 hours.

Expenses required to mobilize such as Visa’s, travel accommodations, freight, agency charges etc. will be billed to the customer at cost plus 10%.

Mobilization and demobilization is billed portal to portal at the accompanied daily rate. Origination of travel will be Houston, Texas, USA.

Charges will begin with mobilization preparation.

Intra or International flight arrangements where flight time exceeds 6 hours of duration require Business class accommodations. Air travel duration less than 6 hours will require standard Coach class accommodations.

Minimum mobilization will be for a time period of at least 5 days and will be charged as 5 days if duration is less. Multiple mobilizations will require 2 week remobilization waiting period.

Notes and Comments

Customer to provide all tools & equipment required for testing and commissioning in advance of arrival. Special tooling list to be provided by RAM Winch & Hoist as required prior to mobilization.

Daily service reports will be recorded by a RAM Winch & Hoist Representative at the jobsite, the customer is required to have an authorized representative sign daily reports as this serves as record for work performed and invoices generated from retained copy.

Credit approval is required by RAM Winch & Hoist credit department in advance of required Mobilization.

In some cases a Letter of Credit or other arrangement may be required prior to Mobilization.
